Find your RMA number in the below spreadsheet (most browsers allow you to find the number in a search box opened with control or command “F”). Check the status and the date it obtained that status. If your status is Limbo then we are waiting for a part or a reply from an inquiry to you. Warranty items with status of Billed means we have billed beyerdynamic and shipment will quickly follow. Items shipped more than 30 days ago are not included. If your product is an exchange item will see either Billed or Shipped and the comments will say “Replacement Requested”.
