Several products are no longer serviceable. This is especially true of microphones where we can no longer obtain parts. A few examples are the M500 & TGV90.
We normally process the incoming RMAs each morning at dawn’s early light with a hot cup of black coffee. We will  email you an RMA number and shipping instructions the morning after you request the RMA.
